Beserman Imports Carstyling & Performance can ship your order to any address in Europe. We use only professional and wellknown shipping company like "DHL" . All packages are being sent on a daily basis from our warehouse in The Netherlands.

Shipments within the Benelux
You can track your shipments to destinations in the
Benelux using TrackNet Benelux. TrackNet Benelux offers
both the sender and the recipient the opportunity to track
a shipment; clients can also view the status of return
shipments and forwarding orders. In addition, you can
also use the system to reactivate a pick-up order that was
unsuccessful on the first attempt. You can request your
username and password by surfing to the TrackNet
Benelux page via the link on the homepage of our website
www.dhl.nl.
Shipments to destinations outside the Benelux
You can use TrackNet International or FastTrack,
available via www.dhl.nl, to track your European shipments
(DHL EUROPLUS outside the Benelux). After
entering your reference number or package number just
one click of the button displays the current location of
your shipment.
The following is applicable to all tariffs:
• All tariffs are in euros and exclusive of VAT , fuel surcharges and other surcharges, where applicable.
• The tariffs are exclusive of the Remote Area surcharge and/or other surcharges; more information is given on page 22 and
further.
• All tariffs are subject to interim adjustment, and are valid from 01/12/07.
• All tariffs are exclusive of fuel surcharges, where applicable. Information about the current fuel surcharge is available at
www.dhl.nl
• All tariffs are exclusive of the MAUT ; the latest information is available at www.dhl.nl.
• We charge the pallet shipment tariff for parcels with a weight in excess of 50 kg.
• Our Day Definite services are governed by the prevailing version of the General Terms and Conditions, 2002 (AVC 2002).
The following is applicable to all standard parcels and pallets (without surcharges):
• The tariff for pallet shipments to destinations outside the Benelux is based on the weight, with a minimum of 175 kg (per pallet).
• Minimum dimensions of each parcel: 15 cm x 11 cm x 3.5 cm (l x w x h)
• Maximum dimensions of each parcel: 50 cm x 60 cm x 120 cm (l x w x h)
• Maximum weight of each parcel: 31.5 kg.
• Maximum dimensions of each pallet: 100 cm x 200 cm x 120 cm (l x w x h) (inclusive pallet).
• Maximum weight of each pallet: 1,000 kg.
• Please ask your commercial contact person if you wish to send more than 5 pallets per shipment to destinations in the Benelux.
• Maximum weight of each shipment outside the Benelux: 2,500 kg.
• Maximum volume of each shipment outside the Benelux: 12 m3
• Parcels can be sorted automatically (the nature, form and the packaging do not form an impediment).
