Shipping & Returns
Shipping Damages

Some products may be damaged during transit. Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage has occurred, physically write "damaged¨ on the delivery bill then have the delivery person sign it as verification. Retain all boxes and other packaging material as package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Contact Beserman Imports Carstyling & Performance within 24 hours to file a claim request. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial for damage claim. We will provide tracking numbers to our customers for exact shipping time.

Returns

Our customer guarantee is that you can return your item if it has been damaged in transit or does not fit. We guarantee fitment. All Sales Final, No refunds otherwise. Inaccurate fitment will be determined by Beserman Imports Carstyling & Performance and its affiliates. If the wrong part is shipped, we will gladly replace the incorrectly shipped item. We require the following information to be submitted with a claim of non-fitment or wrong item received:
1). A Full image photo of the wrongly shipped or non-fitment part. We need close-up and full pictures in order to process a claim.
2). Photo of item’s part number. This can be found as a sticker or written on the inside of the package. As soon as the requested information is received, we will process the claim. Please allow 10-14 business days for approval. A new part will be sent out if needed. All returns must be authorized and approved by Beserman Imports Carstyling & Performance . All return requests must be made within 5 days after receiving order. A 30% restocking fee may be applied to inaccurate fitment or returned items. All approved returns must be returned to the original sent by address in unused and unaltered condition with original packaging (or better packaging). Insure that product is very well packaged. Refunds will not be issued on returns that are damaged during shipping back to the original address if the product is not received in original packaging or better. In the event that damage does occur, a refund will be issued when a claim has been settled with the carrier.
